1. Description of Service

Cosmic Vera is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized astrological readings, transit updates, forecasts, compatibility insights, and interactive chat guidance based on birth data you provide. The Service uses astronomical calculations (Swiss Ephemeris) and artificial intelligence (powered by the Anthropic Claude API) to generate all content.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Entertainment and Self-Reflection Disclaimer

All content provided through Cosmic Vera is for entertainment and personal self-reflection purposes only.

Cosmic Vera does not provide and is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to: medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, legal, or career advice.

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Astrological readings and AI-generated guidance are interpretive and not scientifically validated methods of prediction or diagnosis.
• No content delivered through the Service constitutes a professional recommendation or directive.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content provided through the Service.
• If you are experiencing a medical, psychological, or legal issue, you should consult a qualified professional.

3. No Reliance

You acknowledge that you should not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice or decision-making. Any actions taken based on content generated by the Service are done entirely at your own risk. Cosmic Vera, JTC Holding Group, LLC, and its officers, members, and agents accept no responsibility for decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from your use of the Service.

4. AI Disclosure

All readings, forecasts, chat responses, transit updates, weekly briefings, monthly forecasts, and other written content delivered through the Service are generated by Cosmic Vera's AI guidance system. No human astrologer, counselor, or advisor writes or reviews individual outputs.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

6. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.

7. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Cosmic Vera offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free (no subscription): Natal reading, 3D interactive natal chart, 3 Vera chat questions per month.
• Star ($7.99/month): Everything in Free, plus daily transit snapshot, weekly briefing, Transit Reflections, 10 Vera chat questions per month.
• Cosmos ($12.99/month): Everything in Star, plus synastry/compatibility features, monthly forecast, life timeline, 25 Vera chat questions per month.
• Oracle ($18.99/month): Everything in Cosmos, plus monthly deep-dive letter, all six intelligence lenses, unlimited Vera chat.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may be updated from time to time. We will notify active subscribers before any price changes take effect on their next billing cycle.

8. Automatic Renewal and Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) at the then-current subscription rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.

If your payment method fails, we may attempt to charge it again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Service.

Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

Cancellation requires the same number of steps or fewer as the original subscription signup, in compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

10. Free Features

Certain features of Cosmic Vera, including the natal chart reading, are available without a paid subscription. We reserve the right to change which features are available for free at any time.

11. User Conduct

When using the Service, including the Vera chat feature, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

12. Third-Party Birth Data

If you use the synastry (compatibility) feature and submit another person's birth data, you represent that you have obtained that person's consent to share their birth information with Cosmic Vera for the purpose of generating compatibility insights.

You assume full responsibility for obtaining such consent. We are not liable for any claims arising from your submission of third-party data without proper consent.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Cosmic Vera are owned by JTC Holding Group, LLC or its licensors.

AI-generated readings and content delivered to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may share excerpts or share cards generated by the Service on social media for personal use. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell AI-generated content in bulk or for commercial purposes
• Resell or sublicense content generated by the Service
• Publish content generated by the Service as your own work in a commercial context
• Use content generated by the Service to train machine learning models or competing AI systems

14. User-Generated Content

Messages you send through the Vera chat feature constitute user-generated content. By submitting messages through Vera, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your messages for the purpose of generating responses and improving the Service.

We do not publicly display your chat messages. Your conversations are private to your account.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JTC HOLDING GROUP, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JTC Holding Group, LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of third-party data without proper consent.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wyoming or remotely at your election.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

For claims under $10,000, the arbitration may be conducted entirely online or by phone.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

20. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to abuse of the AI system, violation of these Terms, or attempts to circumvent subscription limits.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to No Reliance, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Force Majeure, and Dispute Resolution) will survive.

21. App Store Terms

If you access the Service through a mobile application distributed via an app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), additional terms imposed by the app store provider may apply. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms will govern with respect to your use of the application.

22. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes to pricing or subscription terms, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
